Mancala Collective ("we," "us," or "our") operates internal business tools, including an AI-powered financial assistant ("Ago"), to support our internal operations.

Data Collection
Ago is an internal tool used exclusively by Mancala Collective staff. It is not a consumer-facing application and does not collect data from the general public.

QuickBooks Integration
Ago connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API to access financial data belonging solely to Mancala Collective. This data is used exclusively for internal bookkeeping, financial reporting, and allocation tracking. No financial data is shared with third parties.

Data Storage
All data accessed through this integration is processed locally on Mancala Collective's private infrastructure. We do not store QuickBooks data on external servers.
